General Terms and Conditions
At the time of booking, guests must first be aware of the general conditions and rules regarding the stay, including the operation, hours and services provided, as well as other information requested.
Reservations
Reservations will preferably be made via the website, but may also be made through our telephone or email contact.
These are only considered confirmed after the online payment of the total price of the stay, otherwise reservations will be canceled by Espírito Santo - AL.
The minimum stays will be two nights at all times of the year, however this modality may change.
Payment and cancellation
- The stay must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking. Failure to comply with this rule implies the automatic cancellation of the reservation;
- The reservation must be paid in full, being fully refundable up to 14 days before check-in;
- If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before check-in, there is no refund.
Payment methods
Payment and/or cancellation charges will be stated at the time of booking and may vary according to the promotional rate chosen by the guest.
The customer may pay for our services by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal or bank transfer.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 16:00h
Check-out: 11:00h
Upon arrival guests must be accompanied by their ID, namely citizen card or passport.
However, changes to the above schedule may be permitted at the request of guests provided these changes have no effect on other bookings and/or cleaning work at the accommodation unit.

Additional information:

Children (3 years old and younger) stay free of charge, provided they are in the same accommodation unit as the adults responsible for them.
However, Espírito Santo - AL should always be informed of the inclusion of children in their reservation to place a crib if necessary.

Children (6 years old and younger) stay at an extra charge of 35€ for each extra bed.

Acceptance of the reservation may be subject to the number of cribs and/or extra beds available and space available in the accommodation unit.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to inform the number of people (adults and children) who will occupy the accommodation unit.

Should more people appear than those stipulated in reservation, your entry may be refused without refund.

Published prices may change without notice.
Services
Laundry
Business hours
The laundry service is open from 11:00 until 15:00. You must hand to the cleaning worker the dirty laundry to be delivered to the laundry.
Charge:
For stays of 15 (fifteen) nights or more, the laundry service is free.
For stays under 15 (fifteen) nights the laundry service is paid according to the following table:

The use of white towels is prohibited on the outside of Espírito Santo - AL, for this purpose colored towels will be available for external use.
Room cleaning
Schedule:
Room cleaning service will be performed between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Form and cost:
On stays of 7 (seven) nights or more, two cleaning services will be performed, these being free.
For stays of less than 7 (seven) nights, a cleaning service will be provided, which is free.
Extra cleaning and/or seedlings will be requested upon payment of an extra charge of € 10.00 (ten euros), price with VAT included.
Garbage collection
All waste generated by the guest (s) will be collected at the time of cleaning performed at the accommodation units.
Mobile phone
In each apartment, guests are provided with a mobile phone that can be used during the period of stay.
It is the sole responsibility of the guest (s) to charge the amount for use of the equipment.

Storage and cleaning of the accommodation whenever requested.

Duties

To respect established standards by helping to comply with these terms.

To honor the personal dignity of Espírito Santo - AL employees, guests and/or others.

To report to a referral employee anomalies or deficiencies that they observe in the functioning of the LA so that they can be immediately remedied.

To use the facilities of Espírito Santo - AL in a proper and careful way, taking responsibility whenever it causes any damage to the accommodation.

Do not take the property belonging to the housing unit.
Security rules
It is forbidden to the guest(s):

The use of lighted candles or other appliances that may endanger the safety of persons and installations.

Smoking and/or fogging inside the premises.
-
To carry any weapon or sharp instrument that could endanger your life and others.

Noise production between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Property Damage and Loss
You are obligated to indemnify Espírito Santo - Local Accommodation for any damages caused to the accommodation unit and/or its supporting facilities, as well as damages arising from breach of the duties provided for in these conditions, including attorney's fees and court costs.
Liability for personal property
Espírito Santo - AL is not responsible for the loss of personal property of the guest(s).
Penalty clause
The guest(s) are commited to pay the amount of 100€, in addition to the amount due per night, for each day of delay in fulfilling the property key delivery obligation.
