The Local Accommodation Espírito Santo places at your disposal six apartments (four T1s and two T2s), totally equipped, creating a comfortable stay in the center of Ponta Delgada, in the island of São Miguel - Azores.

Our apartments are on a building which was totally remodelled in 2018, in an exceptional location:

  • A few meters from Colégio Church, Antero de Quental Garden, Carlos Machado Museum and the Public Library;
  • 400 meters from Portas da Cidade;
  • A 10 minutes car drive from the Ponta Delgada Airport;
  • Circled by the best restaurants and cafes of Ponta Delgada.

One Bedroom Apartment

Our three one-bedroom apartments offer all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay in the centre of Ponta Delgada. All apartments have one bedroom with a double bed, with the option of adding an extra bed. These apartments are located on the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floors. If you have a preference for one of these, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Two Bedroom Apartment

Our two 2-bedroom apartments are specially designed for families or small groups, with maximum comfort, in the heart of Ponta Delgada. The apartments have two bedrooms with double beds, with the possibility of adding an extra bed. These apartments are located on the 1st and 2nd floors. If you have a preference for one, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
